Computer Game Music

Maybe you have played computer games in the times when computers like the Commodore C64 and Amiga were popular. Some of those titles had extraordinary good in-game music. I would like to mention two of those songs today.

Human Race

Gold Runner was a very fast horizontal shoot-em-all-up game on Amiga and Atari ST. The main title was called "Human Race", but often referred as Goldrunner due to the game title. The music was composed by Ron Hubbard who made a lot of good computer game songs. This is how Goldrunner looks and sounds like:

The web site www.amigaremix.com is a good source of songs based or inspired by some of those computer game songs. I personally like this version that I offer for download, because I do not remember where I found it: Goldrunner.mp3
